Smile

You must be wondering-what is this?The heading says DESTRESS Through Meditation while there are no posts on meditation itself on this blog?Well..i thought why not give my readers simple tricks to handle STRESS instead of meditation, first, so that they get more adaptable and easily get their mind set to start the process when i show them how to meditate.
So here is today's simple step to handle stress...
SMILE..yes it is really that simple.Do you realise how easy that can be and tough too at the same time?When we smile our facial muscles relax as well as in a compound effect, our other body muscles too.So our every word and action too reflects that.In turn what ever we do, brings a posive note to it.Whatever may it be, a presentation, a sale,a mere conversation,anything. So the end result is you get stress relief.
And not only am i saying smile physically but visualise yourself smiling through your mind's eye too...KEEP SMILING...
