Identification of STRESS

How do you know if you're seriously stressed? Common symptoms include headache, sleep disorders, difficulty concentrating, short-temper, upset stomach, job dissatisfaction, low morale, depression, and anxiety.

You might also be experiencing some of the major stressors such as recent bereavement, especially loss of a partner, divorce, marriage problems, job loss, financial worries, personal illness or retirement.

Some stress is necessary in order for us to be active and involved in life, and short term stress is a normal part of life, such as running late for an appointment, attending a job interview or taking an examination. But excess stress, where there are several challenges occurring at once, and prolonged stress, make it hard to stay calm and can have a serious impact on personal health.

So we Need to find out ways to DESTRESS ourselves and keep in good health.There are quite a few ways in which we can destress ourselves.More on this later...
