Act-1 :Believe

Learning how to use mind power, and learning specifically how to use mind power to good health and abundance, has been a major focus for most of my life. Along the way, I've learned that using mind power works most effectively when it is done with ease and grace. You don't have to struggle to get exactly what you want in life. In fact, whenever you struggle, you push away that which you most desire.

Using mind power to change your life is more like a magic trick than anything else. You simply trick your mind into believing that you have what you want, and then your life miraculously changes to reflect your new belief. And just like a magic trick, it seems impossible until you learn the trick, and then you realize it is actually very simple.

Yes, I said very simple. The five steps which follow in the next article are designed for the complete beginner. You can start, right away, to attract more prosperity and happiness in your life. But above all you should believe that you can do it.

Having a Good Chat and a Cry

It can be such a relief to have a good chat with a close friend or family member. You may not even realize how stressed you've been feeling until you've been able to talk things over and you realize afterwards how relieved you feel to have got things off your chest.Talking things through with someone can help you feel less alone.There is an old saying that "a trouble shared is a trouble halved" and it's certainly true.
Also crying releases tension. So don't be too stoical. Have a good cry now and again. Go somewhere private, sob your heart out and make all the noise you need to. You'll feel much better for it though your face might look a bit blotchy for a while .

Ultimate Stress Dispersing Technique

Here is a great new stressbuster.Whenever you are stressed out from long working hours,just do this simple exercise to relieve your stress.
Sit or lay down in a comfortable position.Close your eyes.If possible switchoff any bright lights or put somekind of cloth to cover your eyes.Be sure to loosen belt,tie,shoes,anything tight fitting.Take a few deep breaths while counting down from 10.Feel your body getting rejuvenated from the deep breaths.Now imagine a cool healing blue light in the shape of a tennis ball.Position the palms of your hand in such a way,so as not to touch each other,as if holding the imaginary ball.
Now move your palms holding the ball as if to rub it with paint slowly.Visualize the ball emanating happy healing vibrations to your body and specifically to that part that feels stressed out eg. your eye.
Try to sqish,elongate the ball in any direction but in any case the palms should not touch each other.This visualization really helps in venting your frustration too.Now once you feel you had enough,say bye bye to your BLUE Friend-the ball.Open your eyes and have a cool long glass of crystal pure water.
